Wesley Community Centers of Savannah & Hyatt Regency Savannah
Since 1949, Wesley continues to provide critical services to people who are homeless and/or low income from Savannah, Georgia. Wesley runs nationally accredited Early Childhood Centers to provide quality services to children from low-income families, enabling them to start school ready to learn. Wesley is committed to including parents and caregivers in its programming and works to create short-term help and long-term solutions towards self-sufficiency and include nationally-accredited early childhood programs, youth arts camps, and crisis intervention (emergency assistance with food, rent, and utilities, financial literacy, case management).
The team from the Hyatt Regency Savannah has volunteered at Wesley in a variety of capacities—helping in the Wesley garden, providing tours of the Hyatt for our campers, reading to our children during literacy events, and participating in our job fairs.
The Hyatt Regency Savannah grant will be used to provide scholarship support for children in the most need to attend our nationally-accredited early childhood center.
